Media Criticism December, 2004 I think he was a good teacher, he did not over load us with work, however, was fair in grading. I enjoyed his class
Media CriticismDecember, 2004 I think he gets his point across..is not heavy on work...and is very helpful in the subject
Organizational Communicaiton October, 2004He uses a lot of personal analogies to get his point across. I still remember, clearly, his stories about IBM and his days working there. Overall I did well in the course, even though he requires a lot of group work.
September, 2003Immensely knowledgeable professor. Always offered help if it was asked for and lent guidance that helped me a lot. Opened up material so it could be learned rather than simply stating what had to be done.
Interpersonal CommunicationApril, 2003He puts EVERYTHING on the internet, notes, assignments, its very helpful! average class, not to easy not to hard. i recommend it!
Interpersonal CommunicationApril, 2003The class is relatively self explanatory. ... he uses personal stories to get his point across ...

Dear Dr. Foulger,

I just wanted to let you know that I am really grateful for the grade that I received on my term paper. I also wanted to let you know that you probably have no idea as to how much I found your class to be actually the best class that I took this semester. Not because of class content but mainly because of the professor. Yes the class had it's work and I was able to take away a lot from the class, but my main thing about the class was the way that you taught me that professors do care about how a student is doing. Especially when you noticed a problem and called me on it. Giving me the opportunity to try and bring my grade up was probably the best thing that I can say that I ever had a professor do for me. I am sure I probably won't do that great but one thing is for sure that even though I won't do the greatest in the class. I will still have learned something and that is what classes are all about, learning something. Learning that a professor is willing to help may seem little to others but it is huge on my list. I find that to be the most important thing that I could have learned this whole semester.

Even though it seemed as if I wasn't trying to put any effort into the class I want you to know that I was and you can take that for what it's worth but I did try. Being late was a bad thing and I a not going to give you an excuse for why I was doing it but I will say this, is that I was late mainly because at times I wasn't even sure as to why I am still even trying because the way it looks now I am probably not even going to be able to pull out a C in this class which made me feel like what is the purpose. I felt no matter how hard I tried I wasn't able to pull out good results on anything. But I still thank you for working with me. This semester has been ruff for me but hopefully with Gods good grace and mercy I will pull out on top. So I am sure not many people tell you this but thanks for everything this semester and I hope everything works out for you. If you wonder if you helped any one this semester please know that you helped me a lot even if it may not seem like it.

Professor Foulger,

I just wanted to thank you for all your help this semester. You served as a professor, advisor and friend, and I appreciate it more than you know. I loved working on my two 10 page papers and they both turned out to be A's! With your help, i believe I might have made Dean's list this semester! Also, I didn't do the other final because I think I have an A. If I don't get a's in both classes can you let me know in advance? I am still very interested in the Genres of Homepages research. I don't know how independent studies work, but I am 100% interested. I always check this e-mail so just let me know what I need to do!

Thank you again for everything. This is the first time in 3 years that I felt I actually learned something valuable to my life, and the first time I have actually been interested in expanding my horizons and working a bit harder for those good grades! Have a nice summer!
